On the following pages you can read the list of terms and conditions of our company MalagaTaxi.co.uk, useful information to learn more about the rental process in our company, the vehicles we use, insurance details, storage conditions or how we manage the transfer in case of a delayed flight.

1.- Our fleet

These are our fleet of taxis and Transfers:

Economy taxis: Hyundai Ioniq, Toyota Corolla or similar ( 1- 4 Pax).
Standard taxis: Skoda Superb or similar ( 1- 4 Pax).
Executive taxis: Mercedes E-Class or similar ( 1- 4 Pax).
Luxury cars: Mercedes S-Class or similar ( 1- 4 Pax).
Wedding Cars: Mercedes S, Mercedes E
Up to 7 pax: Mercedes Vito and Renault Trafic
Mini Buses: Mercedes Sprinter (12 and 18 pax).
Buses enabled more than 18 passengers (26 and 54 people).

2.- Finding your taxi

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall 30 minutes after the arrival of your flight; will be holding a sign with your name on it. If you think you are lost, just call this number:

3.- Full Insurance

All cars, drivers and passengers are covered, we have all types of insurance required according to the EU regulations. We always offer above all a safe transport.

4.- Delayed flights

Don't worry if your flight is delayed, we always wait for our customers. We check the arrival flights, so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight arrives.

5.- Luggage

Standard, Executive and Luxury vehicles have space to accommodate 2 large suitcases or three medium-sized, if you need to carry more luggage we recommend mini buses ( up to 7 bags ).

6.- Drivers

All our car drivers can speak English fluidly and they have all requirements and are licensed to provide you the best journey on the Costa del Sol and please avoid companies without mandatory licenses. In addition they drive smoothly and you will be treated with kindness at all times.

7.- Facilities for small children

8.- Night time Transfers

If the time of transfer for collection or return is between 11 pm and 7 am, you have to pay in advance adding a cost of 20% night time surcharge, in addition to applying the 10% VAT on the total price.

9.- Service time

We are working 7 days a week during office hours from 9 am to 11 pm.

10.- Cancellation fees

Penalty for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show on the day of departure: to be consulted with the reservations department.

11.- Pay on arrival

You can pay your transfer on arrival, except for a few cases: Minibus transfers, non-airport locations pick-ups and night transfers (between 23:00 and 07:00).

12.- Notice

If the origin or destination of your transfer is on an unpaved road, the service may be cancelled.

If the driver is unable to reach the final destination with the vehicle, either due to restrictions or because it is difficult to access, they will drop you off as close as legally possible.
